The company provides logistics, transport, express and air freight services including hand carry and dedicated solutions. A contract is concluded upon acceptance of a quotation or confirmation of service. Prices are defined in quotations and payments must be made according to invoice terms; in case of delay, the company may suspend services and apply applicable charges. The client is responsible for the accuracy of shipment details, proper packaging and compliance with all applicable laws, including restrictions on prohibited or dangerous goods. TCX GLOBAL SRL may subcontract services to third-party carriers. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages and in any case shall not exceed the value of the service or applicable international conventions; indirect damages, loss of profit and delays not caused by gross negligence are excluded. Goods are not insured unless expressly agreed. Any claim must be submitted in writing within eight days of delivery. The company shall not be liable for force majeure events beyond its control. These Terms are governed by Italian law and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.
